[Spce-user] Audio problem - Asterisk client forwarding externally

Evidently this only happens under certain circumstances.  I am
investigating further.

We are having a problem with forwarding calls to an external number
through an Asterisk client.  The call completes but there is no audio.
This can probably be fixed with a change to subscriber preferences but
I'm not sure what change to make.  Recommendations would be welcome.
