[Spce-user] second network interface

Eth0 is internal network interface (LAN), subscribers will be connected  to
this interface also several peers.  Eth1 is external network interface
(Real internet ip address ).  All my peers will be registred on this
interface (Eth1). All calls go  "phone_A - Asterisk_Pbx- Eth0 sipwise ....
Eth1 sipwise- peer provider - phone_B"
