In the subscriber profiles, you can only see those subscriber
preferences which have the expose_to_customer flag set in the db table
provisioning.voip_preferences.

There is a very good reason to NOT expose them to customers, because
there are preferences there which control whether a subscriber is
locked, where the user-provided and network-provided number is taken
from the SIP message, whether media is relayed via the platform and
stuff like that. Giving control over these settings will certainly break
your users' calls or your billing and other things.

Feel free to manipulate the table to your liking, but this will never be
supported in upstream.
