[Spce-user] Control calls via Sip Provider CE for subscribers

Hello,
Could You help me?
How I can control calls via Sip Provider CE for subscribers? I need that
subscriber can make a call only via one peer, other subscriber only via
another peer.
All my peering rules are available for all subscribers in my system. In the
Asterisk system is things like 'Context' wich gives us opportunity to
control calls.
