[Spce-user] No audio for Voicebox mr3.8.1

Hi all,

The issue has been addressed in Sipwise ticket MT#13213 and has been
fixed for mr3.8+ (hotfixes has been released for mr3.8.1 and
upcoming mr3.8.2). Feel free to remove customtt file and update your 
mr3.8.1 system to the latest hotfixes available using command:

> sudo ngcp-update
