[Spce-user] sip:provider ce mr3.7.1 installation issue

Hello ,

I downloaded  http://deb.sipwise.com/spce/images/sip_provider_CE_installcd.iso as it is referred in the The sip:provider CE Handbook mr3.7.1
I am trying to install sip:provider  CE  mr3.7.1 , with the downloaded install CD, with with option with DHCP but it always stop in error.
I got an error " Looks Like running the deployment script didn't work. Please provide a bug report to support at sipwise.com. providing information about your system and the files present in /tmp/*.log and /tmp/*.txt - dropping you to the rescue system for further investigation"


Looking in the log files(/root/deployment-installer-debug.log ) it is as below"grml-deboostrap verison 0.61 is older than minimum required versoion 0.67- ugrading.,..HTTP request sent, awaiting response.... 403 Forbidden2015-03-04 08:18:18 ERROR  403: Forbidden
Error validating sipwise keyring for apt  usage (expected: [32a4907a7d7aabe325395ca07c531234] - got  [d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e])  "
