[Spce-user] Warning when starting ngcp-panel

Hey,

since I upgraded to 3.7.X from 3.6.X I'm getting the following warning message:

Starting NGCP-Panel Webapp:Use of uninitialized value $value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/perl5/Config/General.pm line 872.

>From what I know, others are getting this message too and it has not been fixed in 3.7.2 so I'd like to draw your attention to this (probably only cosmetic) issue.
