[Spce-user] Warning when starting ngcp-panel

Hey,

I also have the same issues since 3.7.1... I did a update yesterday to 3.7.2 but this message still appear... But not at every ngcpcfg apply... Sometimes it works without this message sometimes not... Don't know why... It seams that everything is working...
