[Spce-user] No Audio from mailbox system

Hello,

I'm having a problem that a caller which reaches the voicemail system 
does't hear any audio (Announcements, ...) from the Asterisk.

On a wireshark trace I do not see any rtp packets going out to sip peer 
from where tha call comes in.

voicemail.log tells me:

The ngcp (mr3.7.1) is behind a firewall, 188.X.X.7 is configured as the 
advertised_ip.

Inbound rtp works.

Any idea?
