[Spce-user] CPU spike when navigating UI?

All of a sudden when we navigate the UI we're seeing CPU spike.   Without navigating around the system runs great... but as soon as we do that it spikes.

The process that spikes is perl-fcgi by user www-data.

iotop shows I/O as very low... we're running with 4GB of RAM.    Thoughts?
