So,
i gave my VMWare VM now 4GB of Ram and set just the fastcgi_workers to 5.
also i did the newest hotfixes for 3.7.1 with
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && ngcp-update-db-schema && ngcp-update-cfg-schema && ngcpcfg apply
SPCE runs now since 5 hours and RAM is constant at 1,3GB... so should be enough space.
thanks for advice.

Dear Matthias,
I suppose the script itself sets fastcgi_workers=2, please check the
content of the script, especially function "set_low_performance()".
Also, you can check the script's changes in your config using:
cd /etc/ngcp-config/ && git show HEAD
The system will use less amount of memory now, but you cannot expect
high performance there. If you need high performance, please execute:
> ngcp-toggle-performance-config --high-performance
> ngcpcfg diff
> ngcpcfg apply
Tnx!
