[Spce-user] 500 Internal Server error

Hi Daniel,

It is certainly a MySql problem. However we installed a new version of SPCE
and have exactly the same issue. The version of MySql is 5.5.40 an SPCE is
3.7.1. Previous versions all exhibited the same problem.

I am thinking of using a script to kill all queries with time longer than
200 secs as an interim work around. But would be nice to know why this
happens.
