Dear Christian,

1) ensure that all components are running:
> /etc/init.d/kamailio-lb status
> /etc/init.d/kamailio-proxy status
> /etc/init.d/ngcp-sems status
restart them to be sure they re-read new configs.

2) check that you really have no custom changes:
 > ngcp-status --integrity

3) search forgotten customtt in configs:
 > find /etc/ngcp-config -name \*customtt.tt2

4) search for trash after apt-get upgrade:
 > find /etc/ngcp-config -name \*.tt2.dpkg\*

5) ensure that all packages are installed
 > apt-get upgrade
should say

6) "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" (c) It Crowd
as a last resort try to reboot the whole server.

7) the log file /var/log/apt/history.log contains
the list of packages were upgraded and previous versions.
You can try rollback templates to previous version.

P.S. can you please share the list of packages were upgraded
with their versions (from /var/log/apt/history.log) and also
/var/log/ngcp/ngcpcfg.log for all applies you did during/after upgrade.

Tnx!
