do you have a customtt there by any chance?

If you are talking about ROUTE_DOS_ATTACK_CHECK, this is fixed already:

commit 4217af2588dcbb6667d81afa781e8aff16fcf4e5
Author: Victor Seva <vseva at sipwise.com>
Date: Mon Sep 2 13:25:08 2013 +0200

fix config error if ENABLE_PIKECHECK and ENABLE_PRESENCE are not
defined.

    Reported by dgrotti.

a "return" statement was added.
I can't reproduce this issue in mr3.8 branch and mr3.7.2.

Regards,
Andrew
