[Spce-user] after upgrade to latest 2.8 LTS, no CDR rating is occuring

Hi

this is my first issue with CDR ratings not working. I use my exported
CDRs, but it appears not CDRS are being rated.

I'd greatly appreciate all help in this matter!

cdr.log is blank, and rate-o-mat.log says there is nothing to rate.

if I ps aux | grep rate:

Is there a way for me to rebuild this info?
