[Spce-user] rate-o-mat not running

Hi

2.8 lts - rate-o-mat keeps dying suddenly - but with no error in the
rate-o-mat log at all nor any message that it stopped.

However, have seen this flashing past on the cli:

DBD driver has not implemented the AutoCommit attribute at
/usr/lib/perl5/DBI.pm line 1716.

When I start rate-o-mat - it will appear to be running for a bit, and then
it comes up with this error in the cli and rate-o-mat will have died.

Any ideas?
