Debian also provides LTS support, see https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/
Debian/squeeze - which is what the sip:provider 2.8 LTS release is
based upon - was released in 2011 and its LTS support will end in
2016. There are also plans to provide wheezy LTS, which is what the
sip:provider 3.8 LTS release is/will be based upon.
