[Spce-user] voicemail_echo_number & VSC codes

Hi Daniel,

It is possible to solve the issue?

If I change the bbdd manually (table = provisioning.voip_cf_destinations)
and I add the preffix 34, the CF to the voicemail runs correctly. But I
consider that is not the best way.
