[Spce-user] CLI bug between users, bug in 2.8 LTS, templates 2.8.18

Matthew,
at a glance it looks like you have not configured the domain preferences
correctly. The domain preference outbound_from_user that applies to
calls between subscribers is set to NPN:

While for the peer it's set to the UPN:
