[Spce-user] Problem to reach web interface after update

 Hi, 

I apply latest update to sipwise 3.8 and lost web interface access. It was just a default installation with minimal debian and latest LTE release.

When I try to open server in web browser it show me the error:

This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
