This is to inform community about availability of the new SPCE mr3.8.4!

mr3.8.4 is the next build in LTS release mr3.8 (100+ bugfixes)
The InstallCD media, Vagrant box, Virtualbox, VMware and AMI images,
Docker hub container have been uploaded. As usual, please check
the handbook at https://www.sipwise.org/doc/mr3.8.4/spce/ for details.

As usual, please report the new issues you may encounter when trying the
new release via users mailing list and thank you for the bugreports and
useful feedback you have already provided in the past!
