[Spce-user] Registering to domain name

Hi,
This is not possible currently.
Cause REGISTER for the peer is sent by SEMS to LB and from LB to the
provider. And SEMS does not check the outbound_socket for that peer so
it uses the default one.
We would need to improve that. I will add this in our TODO list.
