[Spce-user] Problem to reach web interface after update

 I did a new installation, install minimal debian os, them
I install ngcp-installer-mr3.8.3.deb and do a configuration.

After couple week I see that packages has updates, I apply updates and it cause a problem.
 
None of those files are exist:

- /var/log/ngcp-installer*
 - /var/log/ngcp-upgrade-mr3.8.3.log

ngcpcfg.log are empty.
