[Spce-user] Latest 4.0.1 update fails

Hello,

After recent (from Sep 23 I think) update in branch mr4.0.1 we ended 
with not working system due to errors in proxy/kamailio.cfg
After short inspection I found missing param
modparam("presence", "max_expires", [% 
kamailio.proxy.presence.max_expires %])

We have no such param in config.yml
This setting have no default value nor checking for existence.

I'm missed something or there is updater bug?
