Couple of questions regarding the changelog:

- What's the new faxserver feature set and base technology? I see Asterisk
  11... Did you use ot for fax solutionP?

- Regarding Asterisk why a so old subversion? I mean Asterisk 11 has already 21
  or 22 versions. Version 11.13 was released on 2014-09-24

- Does "MT#18949 Add kamailio “latency” logging" mean that kamailio request
  process time is logged or network latency is?

- Is "permanent_contact" API exposed in this version?
