[Spce-user] Failed upgrade 3.8.8 to 4.5 LTS

I had a critical error after nearing completion of upgrade from 3.8.8 to mr4.5.2 and I cant figure it out :(

2016-12-19 14:31:05: Synchronizing MySQL grants/credentials
Error: Unknown grant element: create tablespace at /usr/sbin/ngcp-sync-grants line 341.
ERROR: the step '2.8/ngcpcfg_apply' failed, upgrade aborted!
Please fix the root of the issue and restart 'ngcp-upgrade'
