[Spce-user] Failed upgrade 3.8.8 to 4.5 LTS

Kinda looks like the whole install is borked now.. Im now trying to move it to another machine but thats going badly too.

Is there a procedure I can follow to move the database over from the old install to a new fresh install? 
I seem to be having problems with the grants part.  
The old install has migrated all the way from somewhere around the 2.4.x days.
