[Spce-user] Basic SIP Installation

Dear Andrew,

Thanks for the explanation. I understood the issue. But currently as I
won't be having permissions I would not be able to edit the below mentioned
file. So please suggest me how to add my user to the group root or proceed
further to get super user permissions for my current user.
