Another thing, on monitoring on dashboard, the value is spinning all time , no value showed. Is it because of Nagios not running?
How could this to be fixed?

Best Regards
Syaiful

Hi Andrew,
At last, get the login after

1)Do clean install of Debian and config the network interface
2) change swap value to 4Gb (need more RAM)
3) Clean install SPCE
4) Follow multi network config for network
5) make it low performance as per your advise
6) Reboot

After this stage, create domain, should I create the domain in DNS record also? As very new to this, as in the SPCE NGCP create domain, is it need to create record?

Best Regards
Syaiful

Probably there is not enough RAM to start panel. The minimum system requirement is 2GB RAM but even that is not enough if there is no swap.
Check if panel is running: /etc/init.d/ngcp-panel status if not you can try to lower performance:
ngcp-toggle-performance-config --low-performance && ngcpcfg apply 'low performance'
Check if it's running again. In long term you should add more RAM/swap.
