[Spce-user] access to sipwise v 3.1 sw_vcs patch (not available in older branch on github)

Hi - 

 

Can anyone please direct me/post here to the source for the sipwise v3.1
patch for sems - file name sw_vcs.patch? 

 

The oldest version in github here is 3.8

Fully appreciate that running on this old version is not ideal, but we are
not yet in a position to upgrade.
