[Spce-user] bill amount per second

Hi all

i have tried adding a billing rate for a dest and it doesnt let amount more
than 15 char and i have more


if a minute costs 0.07 cents then a sec. costs 0.00116666666666667 and that
gives a error as to many digits

if i make less digits the customer always pays more in the long run
