[Spce-user] billing for forwarded calls

Hi,

For a forward, you get two CDRs. One incoming one from the caller to the
forwarding subscriber, and one outgoing from the forwarding subscriber
to the forward target.

So from the forwarding subscriber's point of view, it'll be billed for
the call leg from itself to the forward target. The CDR gives an
indication whether it has been a call, cfu, cfb, cft or cfna.
