[Spce-user] Duplicate entries in SQL on register

Hi,

Running CE 3.8.5:

For some reason when there is a network break (some anomality happened) - we have quite a few issues with registrations, after a REGISTER attempt we see the following:

It seems the registrations can’t be entered in the database. Can it be fixed so that if this happens it clears the old entry before inserting the new one ?
