if you set trusted source, the ngcp will match the user using the From header.
As you won't authenticate there's no other way to match user. So you need to
make sure your From header matches username at domain 

In case of an Asterisk PBX (just as an example) you should set "fromuser"
in your sip settings. That would make your outgoing from always be "username"
and if you want to choose your cli (UPN) you'll have to send it in another
header or in the from display name. 

if your problem persists, you should send and INVITE-Response capture.
