[Spce-user] lots of OPTIONS message

Dear Jonathan,

It is selftest which collectd uses in
/usr/lib/ngcp-check-tools/collectd-plugins/Collectd/Plugin/NGCP.pm
via helper /usr/sbin/check_sip_option to provide nice pictures on the
WEB interface.

It can be disabled in config.yml via checktools.sip_check_enable
(it is enabled by default):
