[Spce-user] rate-o-mat stop working after "Redirect from UAC intercepted"

Hello, 

today i found out a strange problem: 

rate-o-mat was broken. 

root at spce:~# rate-o-mat: Error rating CDR batch: No outbound fee info for profile 3 and source user '43316375573' or user/domain '43316375573 at 79.111.111.111' and destination user '+436767010111' or user/domain '+436767010111 at 79.111.111.111' found 

i checked the proxy log and found out this:

SPCE is rewriting the number right for callee but rate-o-mate still stops working, cause the see this "+" in the number and found no billing profile for it. 
but don't know where i should set the rewrite rule anywhere else just for the redirect number.
