[Spce-user] sip failover - call forward unavailable / timeout

hi,

i'm trying failover scenario when subscriber(Asterisk) is not registered

can you explain difference between call forward unavailable vs call 
forward timeout in subscriber preferences?

can you explain format of URI and authentication in call forward? ( i 
want forward call to another Asterisk PBX)

there is section "6.4. Subscriber Preferences" in manual but explanation 
of these parameters is missing
