[Spce-user] Billing fee selection by rate-o-mat

Hi

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to populate a billing profile in version
mr3.8.5: 

I've created the following fee destinations:

^34677705188
^34[6-7][0-9]+
.*


What I'm experiencing while calling 34677705188 is that the third fee is being
applied. 

If the third one does not exist, the second one is applied. 

If only the first one exists it is applied.


I would expect the oposite behavior, being the first one better match than the
second, better than the third.


Any hints?
