[Spce-user] Update 2.8 to 2.8 LTS

Hi,

Thank you for your help. I have already upgraded v2.8 to v3.8.6 successfully, but i have a problem with permanent registrations of subscribers.

On version 2.8 I had all subscribers with permanent registration and when I upgrade to v3.8.6 the permanent registration of all subscribers are empty.

Any way to solve this?
