[Spce-user] tech prefix on one trunk

The provider in question does require the * at the end of the prefix.  I have it working now.

I have an outbound rewrite rule for callee set as follows:



Match pattern: ^([0-9]+)$   Replacement Pattern: 111111*\1  where 111111 is the tech prefix the provider is requesting.
