It's my understanding that I can use a rewrite rule for this, actually the exact scenario is covered in the manual.  I'm not having any luck getting it to work...

I have an outbound rewrite rule for callee set as follows:

Match pattern: ^([0-9]+)$   Replacement Pattern: 111111*\1  where 111111 is the tech prefix the provider is requesting.
