[Spce-user] Permanent Contacts after upgrade from 2.8 to 3.8.6

Hi Alex, 

First, thank you very much for your time.

Second, I have a server with v2.8. I can clone this server and try to upgrade to v3.8.6, question is: if I delete root password for MySQL and try the upgrade, it's possible that I haven't this issue with permanent contacts?

You have file db_backup.sql.gz

It is a MySQL dump which is also contains table location.
You can open it using 'zless' or unpack it from archive.

There will be plain SQL INSERTs inside which you can parse using console tools, while I prefer to create and new temporary MySQL database and insert values there, then select only necessary parts.
