Thank you for the quick response.

Yes 10.200.10.0/24 is reachable from 192.168.1.0/24 network:

[root at localhost 4]# ping 10.200.10.6
PING 10.200.10.6 (10.200.10.6) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 10.200.10.6: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.842 ms
64 bytes from 10.200.10.6: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.719 ms
64 bytes from 10.200.10.6: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=1.75 ms

And peer is online:
[root at localhost 4]# asterisk -rnx 'sip show peers'
Name/username Host Dyn
Forcerport ACL Port Status
20external/testuser
10.200.10.6 5060 OK (2
ms)

But registration is not:
[root at localhost 4]# asterisk -rnx 'sip show registry'
Host dnsmgr Username Refresh
State Reg.Time
0 SIP registrations.

My registration rule in sip.conf:
register => testuser at 10.200.10.6:M
yPassWd1:testuser at 10.200.10.6:5060/2100~3600
