[Spce-user] problem to root loging

I installed sipwise. As in the document, according to the section (4.3.2.
Installing the sip:provider CE) installed on my personal computer.
Installation was  successfully finished. Then they told me  to reboot the
system. After rebooting my system I can't access the root account with the
password  to log in. So anybody can please give me suggestion  to log in
root.
