[Spce-user] invalid user or password in subscriber login mr4.5.1

Hello,

The problem was now also with a second subscriber.
The subscriber got locked and after unlock the CSC login doesn't work anymore for this subscriber, but there is NO lock on this subscriber anymore.

Any idea what could be the problem?
