[Spce-user] Fax issue

Hi,

Got a little problem and I'm not too sure where the issue is.

I have a tenant on 3CX and I followed their guide for a fax, however when the call gets to 3CX, it instantly hangs up.

I've never used fax before on VOIP, and if it is an issue on 3CX, I apologise and will look there, but, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anything special I need to do on Sipwise to support fax?
