[Spce-user] call list for subscriber does'nt show costs in CE mr4.1.2

Hi all,
I have a little problem with show costs in web portal for subscriber. If I exec mysql query

You can see as source cost is setup in bbdd, but in web portal I see

How is this possible? A bug?
