[Spce-user] Billing calls between peers

Hi!.,
Why does not the rate-o-mat for calls between peers in the context of the 
provider? It does not charge a price for calls between peers.It's a bug or a
feature CE? Available only in PRO?

My version sip:providerCE mr4.5.1
