Hello,
a subscriber tried to login into his customer care interface but it is not
working.
We got the replay invalid username/password.
This just happen with one subscriber, all other works without problem.
We locked the subscriber few days ago and the active him again and since
them, it doesn't work anymore.
So maybe there is a bug in the internal locking feature?
I checked the logfiles:
/var/log/panel.log
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: WARN: invalid http login from
'80.109.195.xxx
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: ERROR: NGCP Panel Login failed
realm=subscriber ip=80.109.195.xxx
/var/log/panel-debug.log
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: *** Root::auto skip authn, grant
access to login/subscriber
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: login form validated
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: *** Login::index
user=432256xxxxx at sip.telematica.at, pass=kmY123xxxxx, realm=subscriber
Sep 22 11:40:45 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: *** Login::index auth failed
I can't see where the problem is :/
Any hint what could be the problem?
