hi,

no, as this is tied to the internal db structure of kamailio.

however, we have now have a tool that allows modifying settings like
that for all or subsets of you subscribers, within minutes for hundreds
of thousands of subscribers. this "bulk-processor" is available for pro
customers only though atm.
